Saignon has a relatively new organic market. Saucissons, soap, veggies, wine, honey, olive oil etc.We got a little of each.The second time we went a man recommended a wild growing vegetable that he said made a wonderful green salad. To our palates, with a lovely vinaigrette, it tasted like a................weed. Tough and tasteless.
