This was a fish taco wrap at Beachside Seafood in Jax Beach. About 75% fish and wonderful.
These are soft shelled crabs and scallops from Beachside Seafood that I brought home and sauteed in oil with Old Bay blackening seasoning. Crispy and sweet.
These were chicken tenderloins and sliced green tomatoes that I grilled last week. The tomatoes were a surprise as they lost a lot of their tartness when grilled.
